We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, customer-centric professional who will serve as a core team member of the growing Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities include:
Providing multiple levels of customer support in various areas
Inbound and outbound phone support
Order processing, quote generation and ticket management for the CS Team shared inbox.
Qualifications for the role:
CRM experience
2+ year's in customer service role
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
